Whether you are a member or not, once you have paid it is important that you follow the link below to complete the Ninja Warrior waiver for each person attending. You will not be allowed to participate without one!

If you do not complete and return the waver before the event it is likely that you will experience a delay on the night while the forms are sorted out. We will be spending lots of effort in the run up to the event chasing people who have not completed the waiver. It would really help if you could click the link and do it straight away please.

BRING ALONG YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
This page is only for friends and family who are not members of the group to buy tickets.
If you are a member of the 7th Lichfield Scout Group please use Online Scout Manager to book your place.
We are taking the whole Scout Group to Ninja Warrior. We have exclusive use of the centre for the evening and we would like to get as many members of the group and their friends and family to come along (must be at least 4 years old).
There is a viewing area for you to relax in while the children enjoy themselves and a number of shops nearby if you need a diversion.
There are three sessions:
Squirrels, Beavers 6pm - 7pm
Cubs 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Scouts 7pm - 8pm
You need to be there 15mins before the start time of the session to allow for registration and safety briefing.
There is some flexibility for those that have children in more than one age group. If you have such an issue then please book your tickets and then email volunteering@7thlichfield.org.uk.
The cost is £12.50 per participant. (this includes Ninja Warrior socks (but you can bring your own if you have them from a previous visit - but there is no discount for bringing them)
[NOTE: Young Leaders will also need to pay the £12.50 if they wish to take part].
No (non leader) adults are able to participate (we will arrange supervision on the equipment) - this is because we do not think that it will be safe to mix adults and children on the equipment at the same time. If you feel that you need to accompany your child onto the activity equipment please speak to your section leader and we will make arrangements.
All children must be at least 4 years old. (There is a small area for children under 4, but you will need to pay to use this separately when you arrive at the venue).
Please note that we can not supervise under 18's that are not our members - we want them to come but you will need to ensure that there is an adult staying in the viewing area to look after them through out the event.

What you need to bring
You will need to bring some clean trainers to change into when you arrive. You will be given some special Ninja Warrior socks as well. Some of the equipment required wearing trainers and some of it can only be used wearing the socks alone.
Please remove any jewellery before you arrive.
A further note on the waiver
We encourage you to read the waiver carefully and be sure that you are happy to sign it. In particular, we note that there is provision about the use of photographs that might be a problem for some families. However, we can do nothing about the waiver. I am afraid that, if you are not prepared to sign it you will not able to take part.
Parking
There is a large car park. But you will need to pay at the pay station before you leave. There is a token that you can collect from reception before you leave that will cover the cost of the first hour.
Food
There is a cafe at the venue, but at this time we are not completely certain that it will be open. When you book please indicate if you think you would make use of the cafe. We can then tell the venue roughly how many customers they can expect and hopefully they will open the cafe. We will know for certain before the event and will let everyone know so that you can plan accordingly. (Tea/Coffee will be available and we will arrange for water/squash to be available for the young people regardless of whether the main cafe is open).
